about
What editpacks is
A free, community-run library of fan-made scenepacks, voice lines, audios and sound effects — made by editors, for editors. Here's exactly what we do, how it's paid for, and how we handle copyright.
What's on the site
Scenepacks are collections of short clips from shows, films, anime and games that editors use to make transformative fan edits — the kind you see on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Our uploaders gather these packs, add credit to whoever originally made them, and file them so they're searchable. We also host character voice lines, edit audios and sound effects. We don't produce or sell any of this content, and we don't host full episodes or films.
We make no money from the packs
Every pack, voice line and audio on editpacks is free to download for everyone — no paywall, no per-download fees, no ads bolted onto content. Nothing in the catalogue is for sale, ever. The only thing that costs money is EditPacks+ membership, and that pays for two things: the tools we build ourselves (the clip downloader, file converter, Discord sticker maker, voice extractor, quick-scene cutter, and whatever we ship next) and the servers and storage that keep hundreds of gigabytes of packs online. Membership funds the tooling and the hosting — it does not sell content.
Copyright and takedowns
We respect rights holders. editpacks has a registered DMCA agent, a public takedown process, and we act on valid notices fast — usually the same day. Uploaders must credit the original pack maker and are told what not to upload. If you own something that's here and don't want it to be, use the DMCA page and it comes down.
A small team of editors and one developer, run out of the editpacks Discord. We built this because finding decent packs meant digging through dead links and locked forum threads. If you want to help — upload, moderate, donate, or partner with us — the door's open.
