Terms of use
By accessing editpacks.org, signing in, downloading content, uploading, or using any related editpacks service, including our Discord bot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
- You may sign in with Discord to browse, manage your access, and use the account features made available to you. Some features have their own requirements. Uploading, staff tools, and member-only downloads require the appropriate role, approval, or membership.
- Do not scrape, disrupt, reverse-engineer, bypass access controls or rate limits, share private or member-only links, impersonate others, evade moderation or bans, or use the service for unlawful activity.
- editpacks is built for editing culture. Using the service is a permission, not a transfer of ownership in the site, its code, brand, database, or community systems.
- The scenepacks, voice lines, and audio are provided for creative editing and reference. We claim no ownership of the underlying copyrighted works. See Copyright / DMCA.
Privacy notice
We collect the information needed to run accounts, downloads, uploads, moderation, payments, support, and abuse prevention.
Information we may process. Sign-in identity from Discord (your Discord ID, username, and avatar), your roles and login state, profile settings, download history, upload activity, requests, moderation records, support messages, and, if you buy membership, your payment and subscription status from Stripe. Full card numbers, CVCs, and bank details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by editpacks.
IP & anti-abuse logging. We log IP addresses and related technical signals such as user agent, request paths, timestamps, session or cookie identifiers, rate-limit events, and Cloudflare request identifiers. For signed-out visitors these signals may be used to rate-limit requests, detect abuse, prevent spam, protect downloads, and keep the service reliable. We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or share it for unrelated third-party use.
How we use it. Only to provide and operate the service: remembering sessions, showing dashboards, enforcing permissions, preventing spam and fraud, handling support, reviewing uploads and copyright notices, recording purchases, and keeping the platform stable. We share limited information with providers that process it for us (hosting, Cloudflare, Stripe, and Discord), or when required for legal compliance, abuse prevention, or dispute handling.
Community policy
editpacks is a community for editors, creators, and viewers. Keep it direct, useful, and respectful.
Public features such as requests and account features may be used when the site makes them available to your account. Uploading, creator tools, and staff tools require the appropriate role or approval.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, spam, scams, fake giveaways, impersonation, artificial engagement, coordinated attacks, encouraging piracy, and ban evasion are not allowed anywhere on the service.
Moderation can include warnings, content removal, hidden listings, revoked upload access, download restrictions, account suspension, or permanent bans. The goal isn't to make the site stiff. It's to keep it usable for the people here to edit and share responsibly.
Fair use & access
Free accounts can download every day up to the posted daily limit; membership raises or removes that cap for normal personal editing use. To keep editpacks fast and reliable for everyone, we may temporarily limit or review activity that appears abusive, automated, or outside normal use.
Examples include:
- Downloading or attempting to mirror large parts of the library
- Using bots, scripts, or automation to bulk-download content
- Running many processing jobs at once in a way that affects stability
- Sharing, reselling, or pooling one account across multiple people
- Circumventing rate limits, queues, or access controls
If your access is limited and you believe it was a mistake, contact us and we'll review it.
Creators & uploads
Upload tools are available only to approved users. The uploader role is granted through our Discord. Approval can be changed or removed if the account is inactive, abusive, misleading, or in conflict with site rules.
Only approved or role-enabled users may upload or submit content. Uploaders are responsible for the accuracy and safety of what they add (titles, characters, categories, metadata, and source choices).
Uploads may be edited, hidden, removed, re-categorized, or reviewed for quality, safety, copyright, or policy reasons.
Purchases, subscriptions & downloads
Membership and any paid features are provided digitally. Access may depend on account status, payment status, rate limits, third-party services, and site availability.
Payments are processed only by Stripe. Checkout is handled through Stripe, which collects and processes billing details such as card information, billing address, and payment authentication. editpacks stores purchase records, membership status, account identifiers, and Stripe payment identifiers, but does not store full card numbers, CVCs, or bank credentials.
Membership and downloads may be limited, changed, paused, or removed for security, maintenance, abuse prevention, payment issues, or legal reasons. Do not resell, redistribute, leak, repackage, or claim ownership over member-only resources or download links. Refunds, if offered, are handled case by case unless a specific page or applicable law says otherwise.
