0:00rules were punished. Not with the need of indictments, prosecutions or arguments at0:04trials, but by pure physics instead. Wouldn't that be wonderful? I'll grant0:09you there's issues with the current rules, but I want to watch over the0:12system serving as a basis for this game. It'll ruin everything if it ends too0:17soon. I'd especially love to witness at least once the stripping of a technique0:21mentioned in rules two and eight. And it's better for the rules if being0:25stripped means death too. The culling game itself is considered a ritual. If we take too long,0:31every person in this nation will die. That's not true. The culling game insists on its own0:36ongoing longevity. I don't really get that part either. I'll rephrase it then. Let me use your0:46100 points. Higuruma! Have you ever killed someone who really ticked you off?0:55Feels better than I expected.0:59A hell of a lot better.1:02A Shikigami?1:04Kiguruma has 100 points.1:06He might have killed 20 sorcerers already.1:08I can't just recklessly jump in.1:10I'll go on defense.1:11But I'll be ready to respond to any attack.1:18Domain expansion.1:20Deadly sentencing.
