Hi all. Due to recent situations involving claims of “piracy” or “thieving,” we want to make this announcement to be clear about what editpacks.org is trying to achieve.

editpacks is a free tool for editors: a searchable place to find and download the scenepacks (scp), clips, intros, and character audios you need for your edits.

We're committed to crediting the creators who make these scenepacks. They put real time and effort into their work, and that should always be acknowledged.

Our site is specifically designed to make uploading this content as easy as possible, and during the upload process credit should be given to both the uploader on our end and the people who posted the original content, since they spent time and effort gathering the clips and scenes for others to use.

We're sorry for any misunderstandings. We'd prefer you not take it to the community. Instead, please use the proper channels to reach the site owner directly, op or rackx, so we can sort it out before any further offense takes place.

We will crack down on uploaders and make sure they upload correctly. Our process has always been to support YouTube scenepack creators by giving them the credit they're due.

You guys are the real champs. All we're doing is making your scenepacks easier to find and access. If you see your scenepack uploaded here with no credit given, contact us immediately and we will delete it or give credit where it's due.
